The Sussex Will Writing Company was established in 2002 so that the sole proprietor could specialise in a field that his previous employer did not undertake.

Having had over ten years experience in Financial Services the need for an up to date valid Will was part of the best advice given to all clients, and formed part of the duty of care insisted on by the Financial Services Authority for all Consultants.

The writing of Wills has long been the domain of Solicitors, and many people continue to use that service. There is absolutely nothing wrong in that, but it is sometimes difficult for them to visit you in your home at a time that is convenient to you, as quite often that time is in the evening, when you have relaxed after a hard days work.

That’s where we differ.

We understand that giving instructions can be difficult at the best of times, but in a strange environment even more so. That’s why we can come to you to discuss your wishes in the privacy of your own home at a time that suits you. Whether that is during the day, evening, weekend or even on a Bank holiday.

We offer experienced, professional advice based on your own personal circumstances and most importantly, your wishes. Those instructions are then drafted so that you can review them before the final Will is produced.
